The Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area (NPRSA), a special tax district, was established in 1988 pursuant Washington State RCW 36.68.400 for the development and construction of facilities to provide support services for the area’s senior residents.

Since 1988, the NPRSA has supported the region’s senior citizens through the construction of two buildings used by the Northshore Senior Center.

The NPRSA is governed by a seven member Board composed of representatives from the City of Bothell, City of Kenmore, City of Woodinville, King County, and Snohomish County.

NPRSA Board Meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month at 10201 E Riverside Drive, Bothell WA 98011.
