Request for Proposals (rfp): Job Order Contracting
The Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area (NPRSA) is requesting proposals from experienced general construction contractors to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) general construction services.
JOC is an indefinite quantity construction contract under which the awarded contractor(s) will perform an ongoing series of individual small to medium sized repair, rehabilitation, replacement in kind, and minor new construction projects at facilities under the jurisdiction of the District. The estimated annual value is $2,000,000 per year, with a guaranteed minimum contract value of $25,000.

Project Overview
Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (including the Request for Proposals, plans, specifications, and addenda) is provided online via Builders Exchange of Washington. Voluntary goals for diverse business participation (MWBE) and apprenticeship utilization apply as outlined in the RFP.
NPRSA reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive informalities or irregularities in the submittal process, request additional information as needed, and enter into contracts with one or more respondents.
This RFP does not commit NPRSA to award a contract, pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response, or obligate funding.
