The NPRSA contracts with vendors for services and capital improvement or repair projects. The bidding process and criteria are outlined in the purchasing policy.

Seeking Pro and Con Committee Members for November 2025 NPRSA Levy Renewal:

The Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area (NPRSA) is seeking residents from both King and Snohomish Counties to serve on pro and con committees for a likely November 4, 2025 ballot measure to renew its six-year levy. This levy funds building improvements at the Northshore Senior Center and the Health & Wellness and Adult Day Health Center. These facilities support programs that serve older adults and people with disabilities in Bothell, Kenmore, and Woodinville. As part of the election process, King and Snohomish counties require the formation of committees to write voters' pamphlet statements for and against the ballot measure. Each committee can have up to three members. Committee members must reside in the respective county and will be responsible for collaboratively writing a 250-word statement and a 75-word rebuttal. We are seeking pro committee members from King and Snohomish counties and con committee members from King and Snohomish counties.
