Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Northshore Senior Center - Multiple Projects
The Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional services for a series of improvement projects anticipated at the Northshore Senior Center from 2026-2031.
This RFQ is intended to identify qualified respondents with experience in facility projects, capital improvements, and related professional services. NPRSA intends to use the results of this qualification process to select firms for subsequent contract opportunities.

Project Overview
The RFQ seeks qualified firms to provide professional services for multiple improvement projects at the Northshore Senior Center campus. Services may include (but are not limited to) architectural and engineering services, planning, design support, construction, administration, and related consulting. Specific scopes of work will be defined in subsequent contract documents.
NPRSA reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive informalities or irregularities in the in the submittal process, request for additional information as needed, enter into contracts with one or more respondents.
This RFQ does not commit NPRSA to award a contract, pay any costs incurred in the preparation or a response, or obligate funding.
