The Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area (NPRSA) has advertised a solicitation for letters of interest and statements of qualifications for a levy consultant to advise on and assist in developing a levy renewal measure for the November 2025 ballot.

An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:00 PM PST on Monday, March 10th, 2025, in Room 100 of Bothell City Hall, located at 18415 101st Avenue NE, Bothell, WA 98011.

Questions regarding this solicitation and project scope must be received by 4:30 PM PST on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025. Submissions must be received by 11:00 AM PST on Friday, March 21st, 2025. Interviews with selected firms will be held on Thursday, March 27th, 2025.

The Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area (NPRSA) invites general contractors to bid on a renovation project at the Health and Wellness and Adult Day Health Center, located at 10212 E Riverside Drive in Bothell.  The project includes excavation and demolition of a grease interceptor; removal and replacement of landscaping and concrete sidewalk as required; construction of a new grease interceptor vault, inlet and outlet pipes; and installation of a crawl space dewatering system.  Detailed bid information, including the full scope of work and all submittal requirements, is available on the NPRSA website, nprsawa.org, or may be obtained by contacting the NPRSA at nprsa@bothellwa.gov

Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area". This online plan room provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-off tool. It is recommended that Bidders “Register” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the “Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project.  Bidders must attend a mandatory meeting to be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 9 2025 in Room 205 of the Northshore Senior Center building, located at 10201 E Riverside Drive in Bothell, to discuss and answer questions regarding the solicitation and project scope.  Questions regarding this solicitation must be received by 5:00 PM Local time on Friday, April 18 2025. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than Wednesday, April 30 2025 at 2:00 PM local time.  The bids will be opened publicly at 2:15 on Wednesday, April 30 2025 in Room 214 of the Health and Wellness Center.
