The Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area (NPRSA) is a special tax district for the development, construction, and maintenance of parks facilities in Bothell, Kenmore, Woodinville, and King and Snohomish Counties.

The NPRSA owns and maintains two facilities to serve older adults: the Northshore Senior Center and the Health & Wellness and Adult Day Health Center. Programming at both facilities is provided by the Northshore Senior Center.

The NPRSA is conducting levy-funded capital repairs at its two Senior Center facilities, as well as conducting a Needs Assessment and Feasibility Study for a Youth Community Center.

The NPRSA is governed by a seven-member Board representing the Cities of Bothell, Kenmore, and Woodinville and King and Snohomish Counties. Meetings are held in-person at the Northshore Senior Center on the third Wednesday of every other month. A Teams link to the meeting is also available.
